Our mission is to provide each and every client individually with the best possible service and attention to their financial needs and goals. We understand and respect that each client is different and has specific financial concerns and objectives; we are dedicated to assisting them in their journey to achieve financial well-being.

John Starke has worked closely with his executive assistant, Andrea Goalder, since 2012 to implement financial solutions for clients. John’s brother, Jay Starke, helps the firm with health insurance, including Medicare.

John Starke has spent more than 22 years in the financial services industry. Prior to becoming a registered principal, he spent decades in the commercial real estate development and construction industry, giving him tremendous insight into alternative real estate investing, 1031 exchanges, and various trust strategies to mitigate taxation. He focuses on education and hosts many free events to help consumers understand financial issues, often inviting other experts to speak.

John believes knowledge gives people confidence, and he recently published his first educational book, Investing for Retirement. He truly cares about people, is a resource for financial questions, and has access to hundreds of strategies. As John puts it, “Your kitchen table is my second office,” and he happily meets with clients in person or online.

Focused on the long-term, John works with multiple generations of family members and their friends. He is heavily involved in animal rescue, and supports the Shamrock Rescue Foundation with a charity golf tournament every year.
